Important Note: All teams must compete in a regional qualifying round to be eligible to advance to the International Finals. In areas where there is no qualifying regional round, a limited number of teams may be invited to participate in the International Finals directly. Teams from areas where there are no qualifying regional round may also apply to participate in the Latin American and Caribbean Rounds.
